The Braille Challenge┬«, a national program of Braille Institute, is a two-stage academic contest, sponsored by Braille Institute, designed to motivate school-age braille readers to excel in this vital medium.  Hundreds of students will participate in over 40 regionals which will be held in at least 30 states and 3 Canadian provinces.

Students from across the state of Tennessee and the surrounding area are invited to participate in the eleventh regional contest hosted at the Tennessee School for the Blind on March 1, 2018.

The contest is divided into five academic levels. All students are encouraged to participate: however, students must compete on grade level to be eligible for the National Finals in June, held in California.  ALL CONTESTS WILL BE IN UEB THIS YEAR!
