Below you will find fillable registration forms for returning students for the 2026-2027 school year. Please email the completed forms to [email protected]. If you wish to receive a paper copy of the registration forms, email [email protected] and request a copy. Please submit the registration forms no later than August 3, 2026.
If you are unable to provide a signature when completing the forms, you may sign in person on Sunday, August 9 during registration.
