2025 Returning Student Registration Forms now available online
Below you will find fillable registration forms for returning students for the 2025-2026 school year. Please email the completed forms to both [email protected] and [email protected]. If you wish to receive a paper copy of the registration forms, email [email protected] or call the school office at 615-231-7326. Please submit the registration forms not later than July 25.
If you are unable to provide a signature when completing the forms, they will be made available for you to sign on Sunday, August 3 during registration.
