Dr. Allen Huang is the Director of Statewide Services for TSB. Dr. Huang began his career working as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TVI) and  Assistive Technology (AT) Specialist with TSB’s Outreach Department, serving students across the state who are blind and low vision across. He then served on-campus at TSB as the AT Coordinator, working to systematically address individual students AT needs through the provision of tools, instruction of fundamental skills, and supporting staff capacity. As the Director of Statewide Services, Dr. Huang oversees TSB’s Outreach Department, Resource Center for the Visually Impaired, and School Admissions. Dr. Huang is passionate about providing resources and support to teachers that empower them to provide the best instruction possible to their students.
