2023 TSB Summer Camp Waiting List is Open
Thank you for your interest in summer camps at TSB. Summer enrollment ended on Friday, April 21 but we will open a waiting list for 1 week. Please use the link given below to complete the online wait list application. Enrollment for the waiting list will close on Friday, April 28. You will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

Here are the steps to register your camper.
- Complete the online application here: Click Here
- Complete, sign, and submit the following documents via email, mail, or fax.
- Parent/Guardian Contact and Permission form [PDF]
- Parent/Guardian Contact and Permission form [Word]
- Spanish Parent/Guardian Contact and Permission form [PDF]
- School Policies and Procedures forms
- Medical documentation -
- Required TSB clinic forms for all students
- Specialty forms as needed (diabetes, asthma, seizure, etc)
No application will be considered complete until the online application, signed parent/guardian form, signed school policies form, and all medical documentation are submitted and reviewed for completion.
