There will be no school on Monday, May 10th so that our residential students and staff may take the time to observe and spend Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 9th) with their families. We will now bus residential students to campus on Monday, May 10th and classes will resume for all students on Tuesday, May 11th. Our instructional staff will utilize May 10th for professional development.
The Tennessee School for the Blind is offering three different weeks of summer enrichment camp experiences to students who are blind or visually impaired, Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are making every effort to observe social distancing.
Due to identified COVID 19 infections, TSB will implement its CLP and be remote March 1-5. For more information, please see the attached letter from TSB Superintendent Dr. David Martin.
Due to inclement weather, TSB will remain closed through Friday, February 19th.

Due to identified COVID-19 infections, the school will implement its Continuous Learning Plan (CLP) and students will transition to remote learning on Tuesday, January 26th through Friday, February 5th. Residential students will be bused home on Tuesday, January 26th. Please see the letter below from TSB superintendent Dr. David Martin for important information regarding this decision.
