Welcome!
This is my eighth year teaching at Tennessee School for the Blind. I will be teaching seventh and eighth grade science as well as providing braille instruction. I love teaching and learning. I am a PhD student at Tennessee Tech in exceptional learning with a concentration in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). I love traveling because it allows me to learn something new. In the past I have attended energy camp which is hosted by the office of energy programs. Each year, I take select students to Space Camp for Interested Visually Impaired Students (SCIVIS). I will also travel to the Netherlands in November to present at the International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ISSOTL). Please check back later for pictures of my travels.
